Methodology
Digital Trust Presence Score
A score out of 100 that measures how clearly a workshop shows up online. It is deliberately not a star rating and not a judgement on workmanship. It reflects how much verified information a business publishes so customers can find, compare and trust it.
A low score does not mean a business is poor, careless or dishonest. Many excellent Cornish workshops are fully booked by word of mouth and publish very little online. It simply means there is room to build a stronger digital presence. The Cornwall Motoring Hub is here to help workshops do exactly that: publish clear contact details, service information, qualifications, warranty terms and real project work, so more customers can discover and trust them.

Rules
What can never change a score
- Paying for a Featured or Partner listing. Paid position is always labelled and never touches the score.
- Requesting a higher score, or threatening to withdraw a listing.
- Advertising spend, sponsorship or homepage placement anywhere on this site.
- Anonymous complaints that cannot be evidenced. Allegations are never published as findings.
