The Cornwall Local Offer is proudly aligned with the Community Assembly of the British Isles (CABI) — a Private Members' Association led by Members who agree to abide by Natural Law and form facilitated Community Assemblies across the British Isles.

For the people, by the people. Members are encouraged to set up their own Community Assemblies in their local areas to provide facilitation and support in service to those who wish to live freely in peace as creative sovereign beings.

How we welcome new members to this directory

The Cornwall Local Offer is a trusted, curated network. Every business, producer, retreat, practitioner and community group listed here has either been personally introduced by an existing Member, or is an existing Member of the Community Assembly of the British Isleswith good local recommendations.

This is how we keep the directory grounded in real relationships and shared values — not a public marketplace, but a network of people who know, trust and vouch for one another.

What CABI does

Our shared focus

CABI is driven by a passion to bring people together in local communities as part of a shared vision to co-create a harmonious life on Earth. These are the six areas of focus that shape how Members operate.

Information

Growing our network to forge bonds and share knowledge between Facilitators and Members across the British Isles, in association with Assemblies of the World.

Communication

Open and honest communication between Members and affiliate groups; supporting local Members to meet, share ideas and work together under Natural Law.

Facilitation

Facilitating services and support in local communities, connecting people and coordinating initiatives such as the Community Law Courts, Community Peace Service and Community Health Initiative.

Education

Continuously improving services through Member feedback and providing guidance on the Community Assembly Framework as a system of self-governance.

Support

Helping Members resolve issues using Natural Law and understand universal principles, building stable, sustainable and self-governing Community Assemblies.

Lightwork

Working with the Community Light Brigade and Aurora Network to raise frequencies, clear negative energies and increase consciousness through positive healing energies.

Natural Law — the four main tenets

We abide by Natural Law — the bedrock of our alliance — with all other laws being subservient to it. These four tenets are the shared foundation of every Community Assembly.

Do no harm

Act in ways that cause no injury to others, their property or their peace.

Cause no loss

Do not deprive another of what is rightfully theirs.

Inflict no injury

Respect the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of every person.

Honour your word

Keep contracts and agreements made in good faith.

How we operate

The Community Assembly Framework

Facilitators, not representatives

There are no elected representatives in Community Assemblies, only volunteer Facilitators who bring new Members into the fold, help others set up their own local Assemblies, and share news across the network.

Local Community Assemblies

Formed with a minimum of three local Facilitators who bring time, wisdom and experience to help the community develop its own structure — providing knowledge, information and support to those who want to take part.

Community Assembly Hubs

Physical locations for holistic education, community security, natural healing services, food production and more. Multiple Hubs may serve one region depending on population and geography.

Community Peace Service & Law Courts

Trained Community Peace Keepers and Constables of the Court support Members, resolve disputes and facilitate agreed remedies through the Kort Ownder — the Community Law Courts operating under Natural Law.
