Why 6 & 7 · The ancestral codes

Two hinge-points the body already knows

Long before clocks, humans marked the day at two points: the light coming in, and the light going down. Resonance Live sits precisely on those hinges — 6:00 AM for activation, 7:00 PM for integration. Not 6pm and 7pm. Morning and evening. The rhythm your nervous system was written for.

Sunrise · 6:00 AM

Activation · Light · Water · Breath

Cortisol naturally rises around dawn. Meeting it with breath, hydration and a shared intention sets the tone of the whole day — instead of letting a phone set it for you.

  • Morning light + first glass of water
  • A single breath practice, done together
  • One clear intention before the noise starts

Sunset · 7:00 PM

Integration · Wind-down · Reflection

As the light drops, the nervous system is designed to soften. A ten-minute circle at 7pm lets the day settle before it turns into scrolling, snacking or sleep debt.

  • Long exhale to shift into rest-and-digest
  • Journal prompt to close today's loops
  • One glass of water, one honest reflection

The Lineage

Inspired by Kelly Hindson & Dr Jo Whitaker's Crystal Water Experience

The 6 and 7 rhythm is drawn directly from the Crystal Water Experience — a daily practice held at sunrise and early evening. Resonance Live carries that same twice-daily structure into a global, ten-minute circle anyone can join.

Community rotation

A different community each day — twice a day

Show up for your people on your day at 6am or 7pm — or drop into any session. Everyone is welcome, always.

The experience

What actually happens when you join

Animated Water

A calming visual anchor. Soft, slow ripples set the tone the moment you arrive.

Breathing Timer

Guided box, 4-7-8 or coherence breathing you can follow on-screen.

Hydration Reminder

One glass, right now. A tiny ritual that grounds the next ten minutes.

Journal Prompt

A single sentence to reflect on. Short enough to actually do.

Mood Check

A gentle one-tap check-in before and after — you'll see the shift.

Community Chat

Live thread alongside the session. Optional. Kind by design.

Progress Tracking

Daily streak, weekly reflections, patterns over time.

Live Presenter

A human voice, not a recording. A different guide most nights.

Between sessions

Whole-Home Resonance

A two-to-three-hour resonance track designed to be played gently through your home. Put it on while you cook, work, wind down — it holds the tone of the evening session in the background of your day.

Listen on Coherence

6:00 AM. 7:00 PM. See you at both.

Free to join. Ten minutes at sunrise, ten at sunset. A daily habit that actually holds — because you're not doing it alone.

Please note: Resonance Live is a general wellbeing practice hosted by LateralThinkers on coherence.cleveruk.com. It is not a treatment or cure. As with any wellness practice, follow professional advice for your individual circumstances.
